Recipe Summary

1 Pd Ground Beef 1 Onion, Chopped 2 - 15oz Cans Corn 1 - 15oz Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans |
2 - 15oz Cans Diced Tomatoes 1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix 1 pkg Corn Chips |
Brown ground beef and onions together in a dutch oven or similar pot. Drain grease.
Add in corn, kidney beans and diced tomatoes complete with their packed juice (water)
Add Taco Seasoning and stir well.
Simmer uncovered on stove top for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with Corn Chips
This is fabulous either fresh or reheated (it freezes well!)
