Recipe Summary

2 Lbs Hamburger 1/2 c Diced Onion 1 Garlic Clove (pressed) 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/8 tsp Dried Mustard (I like Colemans) 1/2 tbsp Celery Salt |
2/3 c Milk 1/2 c Breadcrumbs 1 Egg 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Ketchup |
Pre Heat Oven to 375 Degrees F (see below for microwave cooking instructions)
Mix all ingredients together except ketchup.
This can be done in a loaf pan or mixed in a bowl, then placed into a loaf pan for cooking.
Place your desired amount of ketchup on top of loaf and spread evenly over the surface.
Oven Cooking: Bake approximately 45 minutes or until your temperature probe reads 165 degrees F
Microwave Cooking: Cook on Medium power for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, drain and allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
