1 c Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/4 c Dry White Wine 1/4 c Oil |
2 Cloves Garlic, Pressed 1 tsp Ground Ginger |
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F
Mix together all ingredients.
In a covered dish or ziplock baggy, place chicken wings/drumettes and marinade.
Refrigerate for 6 hours.
Place in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until meat is falling off the bone.
Note: This marinade works wonderfully for London Broil,
Tenderize the meat,
add meat and marinade into a ziplock bag
marinate 12 hours
bar-b-que until pink in the middle
